Refund Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the companion has a major problem, is faulty, or is significantly different from how it was described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. Nothing below affects those rights.

If you have not used it yet

Your access code records whether it has been redeemed. If you bought Havenscar and have not yet redeemed your code, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Change of mind after redeeming

Because the companion is digital and unlocks in full the moment your code is redeemed, we generally cannot refund a change of mind after that point. We may make an exception at our discretion, so it is always worth asking.

Faulty, or not as described

If something is broken, will not load, or is not what was described, email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au with your order details and what went wrong. We will fix it, replace it, or refund you.

Everything we sell is available now

Every product on the pricing page, the base game, The Long Dark expansion and the bundle, unlocks in full the moment your code is issued. We do not sell content in advance of it existing. If we ever offer a pre-order, its page will say so plainly, and you will be able to cancel for a full refund at any time before it is delivered.

How to ask for a refund

Email us with your name, the email address you bought with, and your order reference. We aim to reply within 3 business days (Sydney time).

Customers outside Australia

Your local consumer-protection laws may give you additional rights. We will always honour the rights the law in your country gives you.
